Kristin Rasdal holds the position as Industry Policy Advisor for wholesale electricity markets and market design in Renewables Norway, a non-profit industry organization representing about 400 companies involved in the production, distribution and trading of electricity in Norway.
She has broad experience from the power sector in the field market desisgn, EU regulation, interconnectors and power grid development. She has worked for eight years in the energy and water resources department in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, and also has experience from the Energy Department in the Norwegian Research Council. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Bacehlor’s Degree in International Studies, both from the University of Oslo.
